We offer minor, temporary alterations at an additional cost. These include adjusting straps, taking in or letting out bodices and skirts, and shortening or lengthening hems. Not all dresses can be altered without damaging the fabric or appearance of the dress. Each dress tag is marked with a dot to let you know if it can be altered. |

Cost for repairs to damaged dresses will be withheld from the damage deposit. Prices are nominal and include $2 for replacement of hooks and eyes or buttons, $5 to repair torn seams, zippers, or bustling, $5 per piece for torn netting or tulle, and $25 for repair of a badly damaged hem. Garments soiled beyond normal wear will also be assessed an additional cleaning charge. If a dress is damaged beyond repair, the entire deposit will be forfeited and the client may be charged the full retail price of the dress. |
